1. How does it work?

After your order you will receive two emails from us: In the first one, there is the order confirmation. In the second email, you will receive the ordered horoscope(s). You will receive the first email within minutes. The second email shortly afterward, at the latest within a business day. If you don't receive any emails, please check the spam folder of your email program. If the emails are not there, please write us an email: [email protected]

2. I haven't received any email!

If you haven't received any email, there can be these reasons:

  1. Maybe you have written a wrong email address (typo?)? Or you have used an inactive email? Is your mailbox full? Please write an email to [email protected]
  2. The emails are sent to your spam folder. In that case, please get advice from your email provider or email software distributor.

3. I don't know the birth time!

If you don't know the birth time, please enter noon. Within 14 days you can send us the corrected birthtime, you will get the corrected horoscope for free. Please send an email to [email protected]

4. I've entered the wrong data!

Please send an email to [email protected], and we will correct the data of the horoscope for free.

6. I have a specific astrological question

We cannot answer a particular astrological question at this time. Please consult your local astrologer.
