You better pull yourself together and save yourself and your lover from any unnecessary anxiety. Stay calm, those you care about most will be far more sympathetic towards you. Especially if you want to remain unscathed, compromise is the key for survival.
You could be very productive if your colleagues stay out of the way! As on edge as you are, you constantly get the feeling everyone is just looking for an opportunity to aggravate you!
