If you are female, you may experience period cramps and excessive PMS irritability and aggression.  

We may be eccentric, headstrong, hyper, irritable, and moody during this time. We are prone to changing moods. Willfulness may show itself in love. Do not make hasty decisions at this time. They tend to do exactly the opposite of what is expected of them. There could be unexpected challenges or rapid changes today. Fortunately, this aspect will pass after two hours.

During this transit, there could be delays in communication. Travel isn't supported right now. You may get lost in unfamiliar territory. You may not be able to focus well, mentally, and thoughts could create emotional upset. You may fight with siblings or neighbors, and you need to be careful when texting messages, as you may send them to the wrong people. 

During this transit, time should be taken out to visit any relatives, or friends, that are currently in hospital, old age homes, or institutions. You will feel very charitable, and should spend time volunteering at animal shelters, and giving your time at soup kitchens. You will feel very close to your female friends, and may even be attracted to them. It is a perfect time for creative expression. Spending time on the beach will bring a lot of joy and relaxation, especially meditating there at sunrise.

If you are a writer, or an artist, you could get the opportunity to display, or publish, your work, and get recognition from the public, as well as money into your pocket. Romantic opportunities may arise through business dealings with foreigners, and the study of other cultures and the music and art that goes with that. This is a great aspect to feel happy, and "at one" with the world. 

This Conjunction can cause a particular mood in you. You have an abundant imagination, and may be prone to jealousy and unusual sexual sensations. There can be an intense sensuality that supports an uninhibited view of love and marriage. It is a good time for meeting someone special online. 

The Capricorn Moon gives us seriousness, deliberation, concentration, and determination. Even ambitious goals can be a little closer. Duty calls, private life is neglected. There is a short time for enjoyment and leisure.
