The square aspect between the Sun and Neptune can cause delusions of grandeur, as well as psychosis. You may want to escape from things, to avoid responsibility. Alcohol, recreational drugs and getting intimate with the wrong people, as well as gambling, are all vices that will put you in danger, especially when it comes to your mental health.
