In severe cases, it can lead to separation. There is a tendency to infidelity, with multiple love affairs. Someone may feel a great  magnetic attraction for you, but you will feel indifferent towards them. You are very busy with yourself, and not really bothered with the feelings of others. 

The Moon in the Gemini improves our mental faculties, makes us curious and responsive. We are awake and looking for new experiences and impressions. This is a good time for all kinds of communication, contacts, training, and learning.
