If you are creative, you may paint objects, portraits, or landscapes, only to be disappointed in what you have made and destroy it afterwards. If you are female, you may experience period cramps and excessive PMS irritability and aggression.  

The Libra Moon makes us cheerful and open-minded; it reinforces the desire for harmony in us. Love and partnership are at the center of our interest. We are feeling a romantic mood and can spend precious hours with our partner. We are open to new acquaintances.

In this phase, significant new opportunities can arise for you, especially in professional terms. You may even get a better job, or a promotion. You are open and want to develop your mind further. It's a good time for competing, too!

We may be eccentric, headstrong, hyper, irritable, and moody during this time. We are prone to changing moods. Willfulness may show itself in love. Do not make hasty decisions at this time. They tend to do exactly the opposite of what is expected of them. There could be unexpected challenges or rapid changes today. Fortunately, this aspect will pass after two hours.
