His musical style encompasses pop, rock, folk, soul and R&B. His three biggest hits are " Maggie May" (1971), "Tonight's the Night (Gonna Be Alright)" (1976) and "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy?" (1978). Stewart began his career with the band The Jeff Beck Group and formed the group Faces in 1969. He became world famous as a solo artist in 1971. His first number one single in the UK was "You Wear It Well" (1972). He had further international success with songs like "Sailing" (1975), "The First Cut Is the Deepest" (1977), "Young Turks" (1981) and "Forever Young" (1988).
